General Terms and Conditions

Change of sheets and towels are weekly in case of stays of more than 7 days.

Accommodation for a maximum of 12 people. If more is needed, you must reserve extra beds and/or cots.

The minimum stay for these prices is 7 nights. In case of a shorter stay, a price must be agreed with the property. The minimum stay between August 1st and 30th is 14 nights.

For weekend stays in low season, the minimum price is €760.

Some specific dates such as holidays and patron saint festivities have specific price supplements.

These prices do not include:

The ecological tax: €2.20 per night and person (16 years and older).

Deposit of 400€ that will be returned to the client when checking the house after departure if everything is in correct condition.

Celebrations or any type of party not previously agreed with the property.
