Due to its location in an elevated area of the countryside, it allows you to enjoy a wide view over the Menorcan countryside full of "tancas" (allotments closed with stone walls, typical in Menorca) until you reach the sea. It has more than 100 hectares of surrounding countryside that will allow you to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the island and beautiful country walks.

Son Costa is a house with typical Menorcan architecture, completely restored, preserving the charm of rural houses but adapted to new comforts. The house is prepared to accommodate up to 13 people comfortably.

Ground level

Living room, dining room, large kitchen, a rear hall and a reception area at the front where the main door is and which gives access to two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and large dressing room and a third double room with en-suite toilet with shower and lounge.

First floor

From the reception area there is access to the staircase that goes up to the first floor and where you’ll find three double bedrooms and a bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. Upstairs there is a very large and spacious area furnished with sofas, tables and chairs.

Kitchen

Very spacious with table and chairs, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Exterior

The house has several outdoor areas to choose where to rest and relax: the paved patio with a pergola made of ullastre wood (wild mediterrenan olive tree) and vines with furniture, a terrace with an awning, a dining table and chairs, a sofa and barbecue area, and a swimming pool area of 12 x 4 meters surrounded by a solarium terrace with sun loungers and a garden.
